i think we should all get in a private game and go against eachother to figure out our strength and weakneses

It's not a terrible idea. But, we'd need to have you guys on a team. Let me elaborate:

You have say, eight people. You put four on one team and four on another and pit them against each other. Each round, we elect a leader for the team and they continually fight each other, each time, critiquing each other on their mistakes and advantages. That way, we can all get a good idea at the strengths and weaknesses of individual members and with members as a whole.

Personally, Gochis, I like the idea.

I second that. Maybe some peoples MOS' need to be changed

like someone who is too good as a rifleman should be a sniper. or someone is hella good with a saw like accurate should be a rifleman
