Mouse In My Pocket

Well after reading the "Tasty Juice" thread, I felt it was necessary that I share a story. Alright so, picture if you will... I was playing Halo 3 with a few of my close friends, and I got into a pretty heated argument with a player on our team. The argument was over which of the games in the Halo franchise was the best. I argued that Halo 2 had the best map structure and playability. He, however argued that Halo 3, "F-ing Kicked A**." Now you have to understand why I was arguing... This had to have been one of the most ignorant people I have ever talked to. (I later found out that he was from Canada, figures.) Anyways, we had been arguing for quite some time and I kept saying legitimate reasons for my side, and he kept on just blurting out how awesome Halo 3 was without giving any evidence. Now please know that I am not saying that I hate Halo 3, I am just saying that it is a terrible game.

So we are arguing back and forth, and then I said,"Halo 3 was just an excuse for Bungie to put a map creator in a game and make a new game. They knew they would make money, no matter how bad it was compared to it's predecessors."

Then out of no where this guy, the Canadian, says,"What, you got a mouse in your pocket?"

And I just said,"What the hell, does that even, mean? Are you f-ing retarded?" Then he just kept on explaining how I was wrong and how he was right, still without any reasoning or evidence. But, I couldn't argue with him any more. I finally understood why he thought what he did. I realized that this Canadian wasn't all there in the head. He was probably dropped on his head when he was a baby. So, I gave up knowing that there was no point.

Anyways, I thought that this would be relevant, so I posted it. I mean how many times do you get to make a relevant thread about some guy saying,"What, do you have a mouse in your pocket." Who wouldn't take advantage of this situation. Well, I hope you enjoyed my unnecessarily long post.

I have to say that the Canadian (yes, figures) had to of been smoking something for him to blurt out a phrase that random - and without any meaning - to the particular argument at hand. Just goes to show that the world is hitting a slump as human intelligence lowers and artificial intelligence heightens. Hopefully our generation can put an end to this disgusting trend, although I doubt that my wishful thinking will help.

But yeah, it is definitely relevant and... well... hilarious. I laughed, personally.

I love how you spelled legitimate like "ligament", "I kept saying muscle-connecting reasons for my side."
