Joint Operation: BoM w/ 101st

Attn. Marines,

At 1900 EDT we will be conducting a Joint Operation, Operation: PACKRAT, with the 101st Airborne Division unit. The overall concept of our operation (story) will be as such:

Marines from the 27th MEU(SOC) have been sent into the nation of Georgia to quell a series of Chechen insurgencies in the country. Fighting between the Marines and insurgents have been fierce and the U.S. Army has been sent in upon receiving intel that the Russians might use the Chechen as an excuse to invade Georgia. So now the U.S. Army is also doing battle with the insurgents, while also keeping units stationed on the nation's border with Russia as an insurance policy.

So far, the Russians have remained in stand down mode and have yet to mobilize. This is good news for us and bad news for the insurgents. Our first mission will take us into the Georgian mountains to mount a joint assault against the insurgents with soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division. Our target is a decommissioned Soviet base that is being used by the insurgents as a Command Post in the region. Taking it out will deal a critical blow to the insurgency and its efforts.

We will be playing on GRAW 2 on the free DLC map packs. If you have not downloaded them, do so as soon as you can. I hope to see you at today's Op, Marines. Let's show why we're entrusted as the nation's force-in-readiness. Oorah?
